“Navriti means Innovation”. The project aims at training for a recession free India by building Entrepreneurial, leadership, business development and IT skill set through analytical and business growth tools. Purpose is to up-skill the unemployed/ drop-outs and re-skill the already employed/ self-employed people and is critical to India’s growth & Development.
a. This will increase the significance and impact of Entrepreneurship in wealth-creation & employment generation for under-skilled youth of India.
b. The objective of the project is to also provide skilled man power to ITES/ BPO sector. 80% of project training shall be conducted for this sector.
NAVRITI’s mission is to serve as a training and R & D centre under PPP model to cultivate entrepreneurial and business and commerce skill set through trainings to achieve socio-economic development. Navriti will act as a catalyst in empowering people to develop employability.
